JITRAMAS CRAB NUGGET is a variation of a frozen steamboat product that is selected by Kanika under the brand of Jitramas. Surimi (Japanese: 擂り身 / すり身, "ground meat") refers to a paste made from fish or other meat. It can also refer to a number of East Asian foods that use that paste as their primary ingredient.
