KANIKA COMBO FISH BUN is a variation of a frozen steamboat product that is selected by Kanika due to its great texture and wonderful taste that speaks premium for itself. Surimi (Japanese: 擂り身 / すり身, "ground meat") refers to a paste made from fish or other meat. It can also refer to a number of East Asian foods that use that paste as their primary ingredient. Combo Fish Bun is a type of surimi that very similar to fish roe dumpling and is colourful which is attractive to children.
